It’s been said that self-care and self-love are fluffy, even selfish. And in these potent times on the planet, with local and global issues hitting the edge, it seems trivial to talk about love.

But in a time of fear and information overload, love is a revolutionary act. Why? Because love gives us a break from the mind and leads us to connect more with our spirit, with the sacredness of life, the natural order of things. Connecting with these things can drive away fear.

Love also shows us how to receive as well as give. It is in receiving that we can learn one of the most important ingredients for peace- learning to be rather than do.

If we want to feel love then we need to begin cultivating it. What better way than with yourself? For those of you who missed it, here it is again, the free link, “How to Love Yourself.” Click here and download it for free.

On the days and nights where you don’t know what to do, or how you can make sense of this world, read “How to Love Yourself” even if you have to fake it ’til you make it.

With great love and spirit,

~Dena
